Purpose & Scope

This Code of Conduct applies to all board members, advisory members, employees, consultants, partners, and volunteers of CANEFOR. It governs professional behavior in all organizational, operational, and external engagements, regardless of role or position.

Members must disclose any actual or potential conflicts of interest and avoid situations that compromise impartial decision-making.

Leadership & Governance

Leaders and board members are entrusted with upholding the highest ethical standards and ensuring responsible governance of the organization.
